I use it every night before going to bed and my hands are much better hydrated.
It makes the skin wonderfully soft, but it has an unpleasant smell. I now solve this by washing myself with a lightly scented soap after applying this oil. Otherwise, the unpleasant smell lingers on your body and even on your clothes.
I use this almost daily. It is hydrating and yet not greasy. I like using it.
